Milton Hershey School (MHS) is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents on campus in Hershey, PA. You will supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage daily routines, and oversee transportation and activities to support student development and well-being.
The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
