Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide daily supervision and guidance for a group of 8–13 students to support their academic, emotional, and social development.
Initial duties include managing routines, administering medications, driving to activities, and leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; couples may progress to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same students.
