Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples live in on-campus student homes, supervising and guiding 8–13 students daily, with duties ranging from household management to devotional activities and transportation planning.
Both spouses must be at least 27 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid US driver’s license, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus. Relocation assistance and training provided.
