Milton Hershey School (MHS) in Hershey, PA, is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this life-changing role, couples reside in on-campus student homes and mentor a group of 8–13 students, guiding their academic, emotional, and social development.
Typically schedules are nine days on, three off, with transition to a placed houseparent. Compensation includes housing, meals on duty, benefits, relocation support, and paid training.
