Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this on-campus role, couples reside in student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for 8–13 students.
Couples work a nine-day on duty period followed by three days off, with a transition to a placed houseparent role. Applicants must be married at least two years, both spouses 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED plus a valid U.S. driver’s license.
