Milton Hershey School is seeking full-time Flex Houseparents to reside on campus and provide care, mentorship, and supervision for a group of 8–13 students. The role starts with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role living with the same group of students.
Couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses must be 27 or older. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid U.S.
