Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and guide a group of approximately 8–13 students, providing care, supervision, and support to help them succeed academically, emotionally, and socially.
The role transitions from initial duties to a Placed Houseparent, with a schedule of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include housing, meals on duty, and comprehensive coverage.
