• Oversee on‑the‑job operations of construction projects and ensure customer and client satisfaction
• Manage the in‑house team and subcontractors and assign scopes to each
• Ensure project schedules are in place and monitor completion schedules and budgetary requirements
• Ensure all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work
• Document each project, including photos and change orders
• Perform end‑of‑day/end‑of‑job debriefs with other superintendents and in‑house staff and subcontractors

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous construction experience
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability
• Effective written and oral communication skills

• Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat or cold
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
• Exposure to potentially loud noise levels at job sites
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Clean driver's license

$24.00 per hour
