This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Content Creator (Photo & Video) located in Central Utah. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, capturing, editing, and publishing photo and video content that showcases Fierce Firearms products, hunting adventures, competitive shooting, customer stories, and brand initiatives.

You will create content for social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and web platforms while maintaining a consistent visual style and brand identity. This role requires frequent travel to hunting, shooting, and industry events, as well as collaboration with marketing, sales, and product development teams.

• Capture high-quality photo and video content in studio and field environments
• Edit and deliver finished photos, short-form videos, reels, and promotional content
• Manage media assets and maintain organized content libraries
• Plan and execute content shoots for product launches, events, hunts, and brand campaigns
• Publish content across social media platforms and assist with content scheduling
• Write concise captions, social posts, and supporting copy for published content
• Travel as needed to events, hunts, trade shows, and content opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to develop content calendars and campaign concepts
  
  Stay current on trends in photography, videography, social media, hunting, and shooting sports

• Strong photography and videography skills with a portfolio demonstrating both
• Proficiency with Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar creative software
• Experience creating content for Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Tik Tok, and related platforms
• Understanding of social media best practices and audience engagement
• Ability to write clear, concise captions and social media copy
• Passion for hunting, shooting sports, firearms, and the outdoor lifestyle
• Ability to travel and work outdoors in varying conditions
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in the hunting, firearms, outdoor, or shooting sports industries
• Experience with action sports, outdoor, or adventure-based content production
• Familiarity with camera systems, audio equipment, lighting, and field production workflows
