Customer Service Representative

Location: Vineyard

Our amazing team is growing, and we are looking to add a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to our team to accelerate our growth.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient in using computer systems and software applications

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Receptive to constructive feedback GED or high school diploma

Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred

Duties:

Manage customer accounts

Respond to inquiries and complaints

Resolve customer issues via call and email requests

Track orders

Communicate with customers and carriers

Create replacement/Manual orders

Familiarity with Zendesk, Google Drive, and Shopify is a plus Spanish-speaking required

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, day shift
