A day in the life as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Clerk:Start your day with breathtaking mountain views as you cruise to work. As a Front Desk Clerk, you'll greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about the lodge and surrounding area. During breaks, take advantage of ski-in, ski-out access and hit the slopes. After your shift, unwind with fellow employees who share your passion for the outdoors.
What it takes to be Successful as a Winter Seasonal Front Desk Clerk:- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Minimum Requirements to be Considered:
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
- Front desk operations and guest service protocols
- Reservation systems and hotel policies
- Safety and emergency procedures
- Local information about the Alta Ski Area and surrounding attractions

- Flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays
