Dentist

Prairie Band Construction seeks a licensed Dentist to provide comprehensive dental care and preventive services for our construction workforce. In this onsite role, you will perform exams, diagnostics, and treatments; manage referrals; and support wellness initiatives tailored to field and office staff. You'll maintain high standards in infection control, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance while educating employees on oral health and its impact on safety and overall wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and complex dental examinations, diagnostics, and treatments for employees
• Develop and implement preventive oral health and hygiene programs for the workforce
• Coordinate onsite and offsite dental care, referrals, and follow-up treatment plans
• Maintain accurate dental records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with HR and safety teams on wellness initiatives and fit-for-duty evaluations
• Educate employees on oral health, injury prevention, and impacts on overall wellbeing
• Oversee infection control, sterilization, and clinical standards in treatment areas
• Advise leadership on occupational dental risks related to construction work environments
