SeriousMD is the EMR platform Filipino doctors trust most. Now Serving connects patients to providers across the country. Together, we’re reshaping how healthcare works in the Philippines and design is at the center of it.

Our design team is intentionally small and senior. No bureaucracy, no design‑by‑committee. Your decisions ship and get tested by real users almost immediately.

We need a Design Lead to own design strategy and build this team intentionally.

Leapfroggr builds SeriousMD and Now Serving — healthcare products used daily by 20,000+ doctors and millions of patients. Our design decisions directly impact how physicians manage patient records, how clinics run their schedules, and how patients find and book care.

This isn’t abstract “healthcare technology.” It’s real workflows, real people, real consequences.

• Lead and grow the design team. Today that’s one designer who knows our products deeply. Tomorrow it’s the team you build.
• Own design strategy across SeriousMD (B2B EMR) and Now Serving (patient marketplace).
• Stay hands‑on — you’ll still design, not just manage.
• Work directly with product and engineering to ship features weekly, not quarterly.
• Run user research with actual doctors and patients — not personas, real people.
• Build and maintain design systems that scale across web, iOS, and Android.

• A portfolio showcasing expertise in user experience design, visual design, and design leadership. Include a link when you apply.
• At least 3 years of experience in design leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading teams to deliver digital products.
• Strong understanding of design principles, methodologies, and design systems.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills — you can inspire a team and collaborate with founders, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience designing for web, iOS, and Android.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Healthcare technology experience is a plus, but genuine curiosity about healthcare is required.
