Role Overview:
This inpatient cardiovascular disease management position involves providing expert care in a facility equipped to handle heart failure cases. The clinician will perform inpatient rounding and manage heart failure cases using the EPIC EMR system, with prescriptive authority required.
Responsibilities:Deliver inpatient cardiovascular care, including heart failure management, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no call obligations. Ensure clinical documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills:Board certification is negotiable, with requirements including a Utah medical license and Utah DEA registration. Heart Failure Certification is preferred. Strong clinical skills in inpatient cardiovascular care and proficiency with EMR systems are essential.
