A free charter school is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Elementary School Teacher for grades Kindergarten, 4th Grade, and 6th Grade to join our outstanding team for the upcoming school year. Position OverviewThe Elementary School Teacher will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction aligned with Utah Core Standards, creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, and working collaboratively with colleagues to support student success.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned instruction
- Create a classroom culture that is safe, respectful, and supportive
- Use data to inform instruction and meet the diverse needs of learners
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues
- Participate in professional learning, collaboration, and school events
- Valid Utah teaching license (or ability to obtain one)
- Passion for working with elementary-aged students
- Strong classroom management and instructional skills
- Commitment to collaboration and professional growth
