Academics is currently working alongside a highly regarded secondary school in Leeds who are looking for a Food Technology teacher for a September 2026 start. Responsibilities as a Food Technology teacher:
- Plan and deliver engaging and practical lessons to students across KS3 and KS4
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them develop their skills
- Share ideas with other members of the Food Technology department to further develop the curriculum
- Create a structured and safe learning environment

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Behaviour management skills with the ability to control the classroom
- DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
