Digital Learning Designer

Department: HR

Location: Taguig City, Metro Manila – 2 days per week onsite

We are seeking a creative and innovative Digital Learning Designer to join our Talent Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing engaging digital learning content that enhances our training programs and meets the diverse learning needs of our employees. The role will also carry administration of an exciting new LMS/LXP and managing digital content across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:

  • Create interactive and visually appealing e-learning modules, videos, and other digital learning materials.
  • Develop storyboards, scripts, and prototypes for digital learning projects.
  • Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create effective learning experiences.

Content Management:

  • Manage the lifecycle of digital learning content, including updates and revisions to ensure relevance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and verify content.

Technology Utilization:

  • Use authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and other e-learning software.
  • Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, audio, video) into digital learning content.
  • Implement and manage Learning Management System (LMS) content.

Assessment and Evaluation:

  • Develop assessments and evaluations to measure learning outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Analyze feedback and learning analytics to make data-driven improvements to digital learning solutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the Talent Development team to align digital learning solutions with organizational goals.
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning content.
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
  • Strong graphic design skills and experience with multimedia content creation.
  • Knowledge of LMS administration and SCORM/AICC standards.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field. Experience with gamification and mobile learning design.
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in e-learning.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for e-learning development.
  • Experience with video production and editing.
