Demonstrated experience, education, coursework, or training in information technology, software engineering, computer science, web development, instructional technology, digital media, or a related field.

Ability to learn and support library digital services, technologies, and online resources.

Familiarity with educational technologies, AI tools, or library technologies

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Commitment to providing high-quality customer service and user support.

Preferred Qualifications

Current enrollment in or completion of an associate or bachelor's degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Instructional Technology, Digital Media, or a related field

Experience with website development or content management systems.

Experience with digitization projects, digital collections, or repository initiatives and platforms.

Experience generating, analyzing, or presenting statistical reports and assessment data.

Experience with educational technologies, AI tools, or library technologies.

Experience working in a library, higher education, or digital services environment.

Knowledge & Skills

Website content management and digital platforms

Basic principles of digitization and digital content management

Microsoft office and productivity tools

Data collection, and reporting.

Digital tools used in higher education institutions.

Troubleshooting technical issues.

Support innovative digital initiatives

Managing multiple priorities and deadlines

Creating tutorials and instructional materials.

Major Responsibilities/Duties

Proposed Duties

Assist with library website development, maintenance, and content updates.

Support the development and maintenance of course guides and other digital learning resources.

Assist with digitization projects involving archival materials, special collections, and institutional content.

Support planning and development of digital collections and institutional repository initiatives.

Assist with implementation and support of emerging technologies, including AI-enabled library services and chatbots.

Generate and maintain library statistical reports, dashboards, and assessment data to support decision-making and reporting requirements.

Assist with troubleshooting and support for library digital services and technologies.

Develop documentation, workflows, tutorials, and training materials related to digital initiatives.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
