• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings is highly valued
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to interpret psycho educational data and communicate results effectively
• Familiarity with IEP process and special education law
• Collaborative approach with students, staff, and families
• Excellent organizational and written communication abilities

• Conduct comprehensive academic, behavioral, and emotional assessments
• Develop and implement strategies to address students academic and social/emotional needs
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct counseling and intervention services to students
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators on learning and behavioral challenges
• Assist in the identification and support of students in crisis or those requiring further evaluation
• Promote a safe and inclusive school climate
