Overview
With the help of our local Spark Squad curriculum, this is a 5-hours-a-week job preparing and hosting after school club at Loa Elementary weekly, with the possibility of teaching in Hanksville once a month, in addition to helping the local 4-H Coordinator organize curriculum resources available through the Extension Office. This position is expected to continue through December 31st, 2026.
Responsibilities- Prepare lessons with help from our Spark Squad curriculum
- Teach the after school club once a week at local Loa Elementary, with the possibility of 1x a month at Hanksville Elementary
- Help go through and organize curriculum resources available through the Extension Office
Minimum Qualifications
- Available to teach after school hours 3:30-5pm (tentatively 6pm if teaching in Hanksville once a month)

Advertised Salary $15.00/hour ADAEmployees work indoors and are protected from weather and/or contaminants, but not, necessarily, occasional temperature changes. This position requires moderate physical effort. Employees must have sufficient strength to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position, including lifting up to 25 pounds, walking and standing. Employees must adhere to safety precautions and may be required to use protective equipment.
