This position is based on the Rocky Vista University Ivins, Utah campus

As an integral part of the recruitment team, the Enrollment Recruiter plays a crucial role in supporting the strategic vision ofthe Assistant Director of Recruitment while focusing on assigned territories and promoting all RVU programs and campuses. This position emphasizes relationship building, event coordination, and active engagement with prospective students, pre-health advisors, and partner institutions. Therecruiter will represent RVU at conferences, information sessions, pathway programs, and accepted student events to attract and retain mission-aligned students.

Recruitment & Outreach: Collaborate with the Admissions team to implement targeted recruitment initiatives that drive inquiries, applications, and enrollments. Represent RVU at recruitment events,college fairs, professional and pre-health conferences, and community partnerships. Develop and maintain relationships with pre-health advisors,undergraduate faculty, and career services staff at feeder institutions.

Conduct and host virtual and in-person information sessions, webinars, and presentations for prospective students and advisors. Leverage CRM (Salesforce) data to track outreach, follow up on leads, and inform recruitment strategy.

Prospective & Accepted Student Engagement: Plan and execute prospective student events, including campus tours, open houses, and interview days. Work with Student Ambassador Program,led by the ADR. Coordinate accepted student events and yield-building initiatives in collaboration with Admissions and Marketing.

Pathway Program Development: Support the creation, execution, and ongoing management of pathway program sand Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with partner institutions. Serve as aliaison between RVU and external academic partners, ensuring alignment with institutional goals and enrollment priorities. Identify and cultivate new pathway opportunities within assigned regions.

Conference & Event Representation: Represent RVU at regional and national conferences,association meetings, and recruitment fairs to promote RVU’s programs.

Coordinate logistics, materials, and follow-up communication for all conference and recruitment event participation. Maintain professional relationships with key organizations and stakeholders to enhance RVU’svisibility in higher education and pre-health communities.

Collaboration & Leadership: Support the Assistant Director of Recruitment in advancing strategic enrollment goals. Partner with internal departments (Marketing, Admissions,Student Affairs, and Academic Programs) to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated outreach. Contribute to the development and sharing of best practices for recruitment and student engagement across campuses.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with institutional policies, FERPA regulations, and accreditation standards governing recruitment and admissions activities. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and communications in Salesforce for data integrity and reporting.

• Bachelor's degree preferred from an accredited institution in a related field (Higher Education Administration, Communications, Customer Service, Sales, etc.) or higher education equivalent experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service.
• Travel within the designated campus area and national conferences.
• Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or student experience in higher education.
• Familiarity with the medical or healthcare education landscape.
• Demonstrated understanding of the Enrollment Management Funnel and student engagement strategies.
