Cement supervisor​/cement pump operator

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Myton, UT. The Cement Supervisor/Cement Pump Operator will oversee and execute cementing services to support well integrity operations. Responsibilities include the setup, maintenance, and operation of cementing equipment, monitoring job parameters, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and communication with team members to ensure efficient job execution. The role also involves troubleshooting equipment-related issues, preparing job reports, and maintaining an accurate inventory of tools and supplies.

• Proficient in operating cement pump equipment and overseeing cementing operations
• Knowledge of well servicing operations and hydraulic systems
• Ability to analyze job requirements and execute complex cementing operations efficiently
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment or operational issues under tight timelines
• Familiarity with safety regulations, practices, and procedures in the oil and gas industry
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for onsite operations and collaboration
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training considered a plus
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is strongly preferred
• Previous experience in oilfield cementing or relevant field preferred
