Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 / year

• Certifications and experience to program Lutron (HWQS, QSX, Ketra, etc – not just RA)
• Deep knowledge of Panelized Lighting Systems (HWQS, QSX, Ketra, etc – not just RA)

• Lutron Programming (Home Works QS/QSX, RadioRA 2/3, & QS Shades) – Program lighting scenes, schedules, & keypads
• Integration:
  With 3rd party AV & Control Systems
• Project Coordination: work w/ Solus PMs and coordinate w/ other trades
• Client Handoff:
  Train end users on system operation, keypad functions, app control, & scheduling features.
• Documentation & Quality Control – Maintain accurate, up-to-date project files & conduct quality control checks
• Troubleshoot/Update existing systems

• Lutron Certifications (e.g., Home Works QS Certification, RadioRA 2 Certification)
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience programming and commissioning Lutron systems (Home Works QS/QSX or RadioRA 2/3 required)
• Driver’s License required for site visits and project commissioning
