Electrical Engineer Level 2; Security Clearance

Position: Electrical Engineer Level 2 (5501) with Security Clearance
Location: Hill Air Force Base

GVI Inc., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Electrical Engineer Level 2 in Hill Air Force Base, UT.

Position Requirements :
* Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, or a Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from an accredited university.
* Five years combined experience supporting a sustainment environment such as military depot or equivalent.
* Experience shall include:
* Analyzing complex electronic circuitry and precision electro- mechanical assemblies in order to recommend component substitutions to ensure the integrity of the platform configuration, safety and performance specifications.
* Identifying, analyzing and solving obsolescence issues across multiple platforms before they impact sustainment.
* Accessing, interpreting and recommending changes to engineering drawings utilizing data repositories such as JEDMICS or commercial equivalent.
* Interpreting and approving detailed technical data to support the replacement of components for items where the manufacturer has discontinued production, including: existing stock, reclamation, alternate, aftermarket, F3I substitutions, emulation, and minor/major redesigns.
* Secret Clearance Position is located in Hill Air Force Base, UT .
