Revit Structural Detailer & Modeller

Site Supervision – Responsibilities

• Administer the construction contracts following the project specifications and the contract conditions.
• Ensure that all works comply with the approved engineering designs and technical specifications, agreed schedule and budget, terms and conditions of the contracts and standard engineering practice.
• Provide general guidance and issue instructions to contractors.
• Make engineering decisions in consultation with the Project Director.
• Advise the Project Director on work progress, quality control, and implementation issues, if any.

• Revit experience and detailed understanding of its processing including setting up and maintaining jobs, files, families and work sets.
• Capable of extracting information from Revit model through schedules.
• Ability to create plans and details for design and shop drawings.
• Navisworks Manage experience and comprehensive understanding of its function by setting up and coordinating projects, files and clash detection is an advantage.

• Knowledge in architecture principles and procedures.
• Experience in preparation of architectural shop drawings.
• Knowledge in reviewing material submittals.
• Above‑average skills in AutoCAD software.
• Knowledge in using RevIT, TEKLA and other 3D software is an advantage.
• Knowledge in structural engineering principles, codes and procedures.
• Experience in preparation of structural shop drawings.
• Experience in the preparation of the Bar Bending Schedules.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• At least 3 years’ minimum of working experience.
• Have strong organizational, analytical, design thinking and teamwork skills.
• Ability and willingness to work independently or in a team atmosphere.
• Ability to understand and coordinate other disciplines.
