Job Description Gérer l'encadrement et l'animation de l'équipe méthodes fabrication ; Gérer la configuration Produits et analyser les évolutions des instructions clients et leur impact sur la définition ;
Analyser et corriger les BOM (Bill Of Material) vides, analyser les rapports de BOM et mettre un plan d'actions ;
Supporter les équipes de production pour répondre à leurs interrogations sur la lecture des gammes de fabrication ;
Parrainer et assister des techniciens méthodes fabrication;
Coordonner avec les différents métiers méthodes et services liés à la production ;
Participer au déploiement du système de management de l'énergie et soutenir toute action d'amélioration ;
Agir en cas de dérive énergétique et suivre les KPI d'énergie (Eclairage / fuites air /climatisation…) ;
Proposer des idées visant l'optimisation de consommation d'énergie et bas carbone et déployer des actions de benchmark ;
Participer à identifier et mettre en place des actions d'amélioration de son processus.
Job Requirements Titulaire d'un Bac+5/Ingénieur en domaine technique ou industriel ;
