Test Engineer (f/m/x) Bol/Eol Test Bench Design For High-Voltage Battery Systems (Automotive)

We bring joy to mobility – are you in? You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Cross-project responsibility for manual and automated test systems EOL and BOL (End of Line / Begin of Line test benches) for automotive high-voltage battery systems or components
- Planning, design, and industrialization of series test equipment in close coordination with technical planning as well as conducting preliminary tests and feasibility analyses
- Creation and maintenance of test plans, specifications, test reports, and technical documentation to ensure smooth series operation
- Ensuring quality, safety, and process standards as well as stable and capable testing processes, taking into account all production-related influencing factors
- Evaluation of change requests and acting as a technical contact for Manufacturing Engineering and R&D with deep process understanding and cross-departmental collaboration
This is what you bring to us:
- Successfully completed technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, technical informatics, or similar, with several years of experience in the electronics sector in the automotive/supplier industry and the processes of the automotive industry
- In-depth knowledge in test execution and fault diagnosis in the field of electrical/electronic systems and for safety-critical systems in the automotive sector, as well as experience with CAN/BUS software (e.g., Vector CANoe), Lab View, etc.
- Professional experience in testing high-voltage systems in the automotive industry and qualification for working on HV systems is an advantage (e.g., working under voltage according to DGUV)
- Analytical skills as well as independent, goal-oriented, and systematic working methods
- Very good English skills and willingness to travel internationally and work in international teams
