• A degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field, meeting Utah's licensure requirements.
• Active Professional Land Surveyor License in Utah.
• 3+ years of practical land surveying experience (5+ years strongly preferred).
• Deep understanding of land surveying laws, boundary laws, and Public Land Surveying System.
• Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, and GPS technologies.
• Demonstrated ability in project management and communication with various stakeholders.
• Aptitude for managing and restoring survey monuments and conducting plat reviews.
• Valid Utah driver’s license and ability to tow and transport survey equipment.
• Ability to apply for and manage State and Federal Grants.
• Comfortable with on‑call responsibilities and physical demands of fieldwork, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
