Northrop Grumman is seeking Associate Systems Engineers and Systems Engineers. This position will be located at our Space sector in Promontory, UT.

Participate in the systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, test, and verification.
Support the planning and development of new programs, helping structure execution around appropriate lifecycle development methods.
Development and documentation of system specifications, interface control documents (ICDs), and system architecture.
Assist in conducting trade studies and analyses to optimize system performance, risk, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including hardware and test engineers, to ensure successful system integration.
Support the development and execution of system-level test plans and procedures.
Analyze test data and identify root causes of system anomalies or failures.
Contribute to technical reviews and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Basic QualificationsBasic Qualifications for an Associate Systems Engineer:
- Be completing or has completed their Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Be majoring in or having majored in Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related STEM field
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
- The ability to obtain Special Access Program within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs
Basic Qualifications for a Systems Engineer:
- Be completing or has completed their Master's degree from an accredited institution
