USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Develops, schedules, coordinates, and manages projects and resources, including monitoring costs, work, and contractor performance;
Participates in the design process for new facilities, or modifications to existing facilities, to meet project goals;
Prepares and reviews cost estimates and other technical documentation required to contract and award projects;
Provides assistance to the Contracting Officer in developing design scope of services and information on project scoping and pre-design; serves as COR to ensure work meets requirements;
Acts as a technical resource in constructing, maintaining, and operating infrastructure for parks
