Job Description
Our client is seeking a Flight Test Engineer to support the Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) Office in the planning, execution, and oversight of test activities associated with munitions, legacy training aircraft, and weapon systems. This individual will provide both technical and programmatic support, working closely with government stakeholders to evaluate information, develop recommendations, mitigate risk, and ensure testing efforts meet performance, safety, cost, and schedule objectives.

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management, or related technical field
- 5+ years of engineering or test program experience
- Familiarity with multiple USAF airframes, including A-10, F-16, F-22 or any fighter aircraft
- Graduate of Edwards Test Pilot School as a Pilot or Flight Test Engineer or similar school
- 2+ years of formal test program experience
- Ability to obtain a clearance
- Background in munitions or weapons testing
- Experience interpreting Test & Evaluation guidance
- Experience managing schedules, risks, mitigation plans, and test safety efforts
- Prior experience supporting AFRL or Air Force test organizations
