Location: Midway

Overview

The Crater Attendant is the direct point of contact with guests upon entering the Crater, supporting daily operations while delivering a professional, welcoming, and positive guest experience for Crater activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assists guests with Crater check‑in, including waiver completion and payment processing.
  • Assists with reservations for Crater activities, ensuring accuracy and a positive guest experience.
  • Maintains regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company standards; wears the appropriate uniform or attire.
  • Maintains open and effective communication with team members and management.
  • Adheres to established safety and emergency procedures and protocols, including company, federal, and state regulations and guidelines.
  • Completes all required company training/compliance courses as assigned.
  • Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
  • Promotes a positive and energetic atmosphere to help create an amazing guest experience; leads by example.
  • Provides after‑hour availability for any needs and tasks that arise with staff and Crater operations.
  • Communicates effectively and works well with others and management.
Qualifications

Education

  • High School Education or Equivalent

Experience

  • Customer Service Experience required;
    Management Experience a plus.
  • Expert experience required in technology (email, Google, Excel, phone, booking, and various software).
  • Please see mandatory licenses and certifications required.
