Overview
The Crater Attendant is the direct point of contact with guests upon entering the Crater, supporting daily operations while delivering a professional, welcoming, and positive guest experience for Crater activities.
Responsibilities- Assists guests with Crater check‑in, including waiver completion and payment processing.
- Assists with reservations for Crater activities, ensuring accuracy and a positive guest experience.
- Maintains regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Maintains a professional appearance in accordance with company standards; wears the appropriate uniform or attire.
- Maintains open and effective communication with team members and management.
- Adheres to established safety and emergency procedures and protocols, including company, federal, and state regulations and guidelines.
- Completes all required company training/compliance courses as assigned.
- Adheres to company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Promotes a positive and energetic atmosphere to help create an amazing guest experience; leads by example.
- Provides after‑hour availability for any needs and tasks that arise with staff and Crater operations.
- Communicates effectively and works well with others and management.
Education
- High School Education or Equivalent
Experience
- Customer Service Experience required;
Management Experience a plus. - Expert experience required in technology (email, Google, Excel, phone, booking, and various software).
