This Customer Experience Representative is responsible for providing superior customer experience and a supportive environment for optimal customer care. This role involves triaging high volume phone calls, data entry, and addressing other administrative needs. The Customer Experience Representative will support Belmar Pharma Solutions management in carrying out the company’s mission.

• Answer and triage phone calls while providing excellent customer service
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always
• Handle pharmacy email communication and triage
• Perform data entry for patients and provider demographics
• Execute a wide range of administrative duties including filing, faxing, and organizing documents
• Manage entry level shipping and billing responsibilities
• Process sales transactions using the cash register (facility dependent)
• Follow up on customer payments
• Greet customers and assist with their needs (facility dependent)
• Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed (facility dependent)
• Maintain compliance with company patient confidentiality requirements
• Follow all policies and procedures set forth by the company
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer skills and empathy
• Strong communication skills, listening skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, data entry, email, and internet
• Good math skills are essential
• Enjoy working in a team environment
• Possess a strong work ethic
• Retail or customer service experience preferred
• Retail pharmacy experience preferred

Pay Range: $19.50 - $22
