• Greet customers, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Use proper preparation technique and follow recipes.
• Time dishes to meet completion deadlines.
• Cook in bulk while minimizing waste.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment: meat slicers, steamers, grills, fryers, ovens.
• Use computer tools; basic knowledge of Google Drive and related apps is a plus.
• Preferable:
  Cerner knowledge.
• Lift up to approximately 40 lbs.
• Maintain excellent customer service skills and be a self-starter.
• Stand for long periods and perform under high-stress situations.
• Follow directions, demonstrate good communication skills, and work well with the public.
• Must have basic computer skills.
• Will be required to work Saturdays and Sundays as assigned.
