Party Coordinator

Job Summary

Party Coordinator is responsible for managing the entire birthday party department, serving as the first point of contact for guests and designing the ideal combination of food, drinks, and attractions for birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, and other group events. This role includes training party staff members and managing birthday operations.

• Represent Urban Air with enthusiasm, showcasing our party packages and facilities.
• Assist in driving store financial results in collaboration with leadership.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure environment.
• Handle additional duties as assigned and contribute ideas to improve operations.

• Requires full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday; also occasional evening shifts.
