We are seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our leadership team. The F&I Manager plays a critical role in dealership profitability by delivering compliant finance solutions, maximizing product performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesPresent and sell finance and insurance products in a transparent, ethical, and compliant manner
Structure and submit deals to approved lenders to obtain competitive financing terms
Ensure all F&I transactions comply with federal, state, and lender regulations
Accurately prepare, review, and finalize all finance and insurance documentation
Maintain strong PVR, product penetration, and chargeback control
Build and maintain positive relationships with lending partners
Collaborate with and support the sales team to improve deal flow and compliance
Stay current on manufacturer programs, lender guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Prior experience as an Automotive F&I Manager required
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations (OFAC, Red Flags, TILA, privacy laws, etc.)
Proven track record of financial performance and ethical sales practices
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented dealership environment
