Job purpose:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance specialist to join our dynamic team. The Finance Specialist plays a key role in supporting financial operations by processing supplier invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. The role requires a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills to support the company's financial integrity.

What will be your key responsibilities?
  • Financial Operations & Processing
    • Manage both Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions to ensure smooth financial operations.
    • Process and review supplier invoices and support month-end closing activities as required.
    • Execute supplier payments in accordance with agreed terms while maintaining strong internal controls.
    • Generate customer invoices, monitor incoming payments, and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
    • Perform supplier and customer statement reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    • Respond to supplier and client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and complete financial recording.
    • Assist with ad hoc financial tasks and reporting requirements as needed.
What are we looking for?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Hospitality/Tourism, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with accounting systems and tools is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Highly detail-oriented with an ability to concentrate for extended periods.
