Revenue Cycle Manager – Dental – Mountain States

SECTR Partners are working alongside a progressive, PE backed DSO based in the Mountain States (US).

• Oversee full revenue cycle across multiple practices, from charge capture to payment posting and denial resolution.
• Lead billing team in optimizing coding, claims submission, and AR follow-up to maintain high clean-claim rates.
• Analyze payer contracts, fee schedules, and reimbursement trends to maximize collections and reduce underpayments.
• Develop KPI dashboards and conduct regular audits to minimize denials and improve cash flow.
• Partner with operations and clinical leaders to streamline patient financial processes and ensure compliant billing.

• Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related; CPC or CRCR preferred.
• 5+ years RCM leadership in multi-site DSO/DPO or dental billing environment.
• Proven in reducing AR days, managing ERA/EOB workflows, and resolving payer issues.
• Expertise in dental billing software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental), clearinghouses.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL/query tools; excels in team coaching and process automation.
