As a frontline Respiratory Therapist in this assignment, you’ll evaluate and manage patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, perform ventilator care, initiate and adjust oxygen therapy, administer medications and aerosol therapies, conduct arterial blood gas analysis, and collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and respiratory care teams to optimize outcomes. You’ll lead bronchodilator challenges, sleep-disordered breathing assessments, humidification strategies, and airway clearance techniques, including chest physiotherapy and percussion as appropriate.
