Part-Time Occupational Health Paramedic

Location:

Beaver City, Utah

Looking for flexible hours, competitive pay, and a role where your clinical skills are truly valued? Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is seeking an experienced Paramedic to provide part-time, as-needed on-site medical coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to transition from reactive EMS work to a proactive role focused on injury prevention, workforce wellness, and job site safety.

About the Role

As an On-Site Occupational Health Paramedic, you'll work in a dedicated clinic setting, supporting both workers and site leadership. You'll play a key role in keeping the workforce healthy, safe, and productive while collaborating closely with safety teams. This is not a traditional ambulance role. You'll build relationships, provide ongoing care, and contribute directly to a culture of safety. At MMC, we don't just respond to emergencies-we help prevent them.

Schedule & Availability

This is a part-time, supporting a 24/7 operation.

Shifts Available:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 7:00am-5:00pm
Availability Requirement:
Must be able to cover at least one shift per week to remain active.

What You'll Do
  • Assess, triage, and treat occupational and non-occupational injuries
  • Provide first aid and emergency response when needed
  • Deliver follow-up care using evidence-based protocols
  • Maintain accurate medical and OSHA documentation
  • Conduct drug screenings and occupational health testing
  • Monitor worker health and provide wellness guidance
  • Support workers' compensation and risk management processes
  • Collaborate with site safety teams and leadership
  • Coordinate with local EMS for higher-level care when necessary
Why This Role Stands Out
  • Flexible, part-time scheduling
  • No ambulance rotations or transport responsibilities
  • Opportunity to work in a clinic-based environment
  • Hands-on experience in occupational and industrial medicine
  • Exposure to large-scale, high-profile construction projects
  • Strong collaboration with safety and leadership teams
What You Bring
  • Current Utah Paramedic License (required)
  • Current ACLS certification (required)
  • OSHA-10 Certification (required within 90 days; company provided)
  • Minimum of 2 years of paramedic experience
  • Experience in emergency, industrial, or occupational health settings (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Flexible, part-time schedule
  • Ongoing professional experience in occupational health
