Thera Ex Therapy is seeking a travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Ivins, Utah.

- 40 hours per week
- Shift: 8 hours per day
- Employment Type:

- Active UT Physical Therapist Assistant License
- BLS via American Heart Association
- State license/certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant required
- Weekly Gross: $1,512.00 (for 13 week contract)
- Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Sun-Thu)
- Pay package based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
