Join a Compassionate, Mission-Driven Team Making a DifferenceTotal Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Utah and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.
Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect, record, and report data on client progress
- Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families
- Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
- Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
- Flexible shifts available
- Services provided in person throughout Utah
- Current RBT certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
