Overview

Full‑time Physical Therapist positions at Powerback offer compensation up to $60.00 per hour and a $15,000 retention bonus, with additional incentives for new graduates.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy services to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities.
• Work collaboratively with peers and refer patients as needed to support overall care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on skills that promote independence.
• Operate in various settings, including facility-based and potentially home‑based care.
• Report to the Director of Rehabilitation.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent; if earned outside the U.S., evaluated as U.S. equivalent.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus at least 5 years of progressively responsible clinical experience.

Hourly rate: $46.00 – $55.00
