Bristol Hospice - - Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance to patients as assigned;
Take and record vital signs and observations as directed;
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding;
Assist with medications reminders within state regulations and report changes to Case Manager;
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly patient living environment and document care per policy
