Our outpatient setting allows you to evaluate and treat patients, develop and implement individualized plans of care, and track clinical outcomes to support patient progress.
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence‑based, patient‑centered care while maintaining strong clinical and documentation standards.
Responsibilities- Review patients’ medical history.
- Diagnose patients by observing movements and listening to concerns.
- Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and expected outcomes.
- Use exercises, stretching, equipment and hands‑on manual therapy to manage pain, increase mobility and prevent further injury.
- Record patient progress and modify the plan of care as needed.
- Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Rhode Island.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
