Location: Ivins
Thera Ex Staffing Services is looking for a Skilled Nursing Facility Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel position in Ivins, Utah. The role includes delivering therapy services on a 14-week contract basis at the facility, with a planned work schedule of 40 hours per week.
