- Responsibilities:
Conduct surveys, evaluations, audits, and studies to evaluate occupational health hazards in compliance with regulatory requirements.;
Develop sampling strategies using indirect and direct reading instruments such as pumps, meters, heat stress monitors, and/or dosimeters, to quantify and assess hazards.;
Determine compliance with regulations for occupational health, safety, and environmental hazards and practices, recommending corrective action to management.;
Develop occupational health and industrial hygiene training for employees, supervisors, management, and other occupational health or safety professionals.;
Advise management on industrial hygiene and related safety/environmental compliance issues to eliminate potential health hazards.
