Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.
Key Responsibilities- Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA
- Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors
- Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care
- Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed
- Must be 18 Years or older
- Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
$19 - $23 HOURLY
