As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for individuals with autism, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about delivering high-quality ABA therapy, building new skills, promoting positive behavior change, and helping clients achieve their goals in everyday settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement client-specific behavioral intervention plans as designed by a BCBA
  • Use positive reinforcement strategies to encourage and reinforce desired behaviors
  • Collect and record data on client progress during therapy sessions and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and other team members to ensure consistency and continuity of care
  • Provide services in home, school, and community settings as needed
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 Years or older
  • Must have a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience working with children or individuals with special needs; previous experience in ABA is a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Salary

$19 - $23 HOURLY
