Avalon Health Care Group's Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is hiring a Speech Therapist to join our growing team. Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) administers speech therapy to patients in their place of residence, under physician orders and the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services/Clinical Manager.
Speech therapy services are furnished only by or under the supervision of a qualified speech pathologist or audiologist.
