• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy services to patients.
• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals as part of an integrated care team.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when needed.
• Maintain compliance with all applicable professional, state, and federal regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive clinical environment.

• Current, unrestricted Utah clinical license appropriate for providing independent therapy services.
• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field.
• Experience providing mental health counseling/therapy preferred.
• Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
